WORKING METHOD

Turn a long requirement into a clear next step.

Many buyers already have a market, a brand and a specification practice. What they need from a factory is not a catalog but flexibility: equipment built and labeled to fit the way they already work. JINLONGSEN has supported buyer-label and project-based supply since our earliest processing-plant days, and it remains a core part of how we cooperate.

What OEM / ODM covers at JINLONGSEN

  • Buyer-label production: your brand on the nameplate, carton and documents.
  • Custom packaging and labeling, including market-specific marking requirements.
  • Specification adaptation and design services for non-standard sizes and performance targets.
  • Project-based supply programs aligned to your tender or construction schedule.

The cooperation path

  • 1. Specification discussion — drawings, performance targets and target-market requirements.
  • 2. Confirmation — sample or confirmation drawings before production starts.
  • 3. Production — on certified lines, with in-process and pre-shipment inspection.
  • 4. Labeling and packing — your label, your carton, your shipping marks.
  • 5. Delivery — against the agreed schedule, with export documents prepared in your name format.

The quality baseline behind every label

Every unit shipped under a partner's label carries our certification responsibility: ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environmental management, CCC certification for fire products and a full safety production license. A private label changes the brand on the carton; it does not change the standard on the line.

What to prepare

  • Target models or reference specifications, even as competitor part numbers.
  • Label artwork and packaging requirements, or ask us to propose a format.
  • An annual or project-based volume expectation, so capacity can be reserved.

Start with one category and one specification discussion. Most partners expand to a full label program after the first shipment.
