Hotel & Commercial Complex HVAC: Fan Coil Units and Cooling Towers

Guest-room fan coil units, lobby air handling units and roof cooling towers and water tanks delivered in phases for a hotel and retail complex.

Delivered

01 / PROJECT BACKGROUND

Quiet comfort across guest rooms, lobby and retail zones

A hotel and commercial complex in Southeast Asia needed terminal units quiet enough to sleep under in guest rooms, flexible zoning across very different loads in retail, food and beverage and banquet spaces, and dependable system-side heat rejection for continuous operation - all within cramped plant rooms and crowded rooftops.

02 / REQUIREMENTS

Low terminal noise, flexible zoning and system-side storage

The schedule called for horizontal concealed fan coil units in guest rooms and offices, air handling units for lobby and banquet zones, fresh air handling with heat recovery where ventilation load is high, and stainless steel water tanks plus cooling towers on the system side. Fan coil noise had to be confirmed at real operating static pressure, and tank material chosen against local water quality.

03 / SOLUTION

Terminals to system side from one production chain

JINLONGSEN supplied horizontal concealed fan coil units selected at their real operating static pressure, air handling units with coil access matched to the plant room layout, fresh air handling units with heat recovery for high-load zones, and stainless water tanks with roof cooling towers. Ducts, air outlets and regulating dampers were matched per zone, and delivery was phased floor-by-floor to match the opening schedule.

04 / RESULT

One order carried guest-room terminals and roof towers together

Because six production lines cover the chain from terminal units to system side, a single order carried guest-room fan coils and roof cooling towers together with one responsibility line. Phased delivery matched the floor-by-floor opening plan, and maintenance access was preserved without zone shutdowns.
